In this video presentation you will talk about making forgiveness an active part of your life. When you do, you become free from mentally playing the tape of the offense that made you so angry in the first place. Everyone has warning lights like a car's dashboard that flash on to warn us when something is wrong. Each light represents a root cause of our anger: one is fear, one is frustration, and one is hurt. It is dangerous to ignore such warning lights. If we pretend they are not there, and ignore very real symptoms, we stuff pain and anger deep inside. That anger will surface later and cause terrific damage to us as well as to our relationships, just as serious engine trouble will result from ignoring the warning lights on the dashboard.
